Module 1 | Foundations of Applied Behavior Analysis

Before beginning to use evidence-based practice to promote learning, we must know the science of how individuals learn. Can there really be a science that explains human behavior and can it be practiced responsibly? This module will discuss the foundations of applied behavior analysis and its responsible practice. We will also discuss autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome, along with a framework for understanding and affirming the diversity and dignity of our clients.
